WHO WE ARE
Parker Faulkner
Parker began working in the insurance industry in February of 1993. He started Parker Faulkner Advisors as an independent advisor in January of 2007. He received his Series 65 license to work as an Investment Advisor Representative in May 2020, which means he now offers his clients true one–stop financial services.
Parker is founder/president of Retire Happy Network in Springfield, Mo. In addition to serving clients in the Springfield area, Retire Happy Network has 15 years of experience working with federal employees across the country.
Parker’s philosophy with all of his clients has always been “people come before money.” “As a fiduciary, my top priority is helping my clients achieve their financial goals,” says Parker. “After years of working in the financial industry, I’ve learned you have to cover clients’ future income first. After this, we can strategize the remainder of your investments.”
“I grew up on a farm in rural southeast Missouri, and was raised by hardworking, Christian parents,” says Parker. “I was taught the values of a hard-work ethic and that doing the right thing would always pay off.” Parker has instilled these values in his personal practice for the past 28 years. “I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients find peace of mind when it comes to their financial concerns in their retirement years. I have been taught by the very best in regards to retirement income planning, and I look forward to sharing that knowledge with you.”
Parker has always been an adamant follower of Zig Ziglar’s teachings, and considers him a mentor in his professional life. Zig Ziglar once stated, “If you simply help enough other people get what they want, then someday you will truly get what you want!” Parker truly believes this statement and tries to live by it on a daily basis. “Helping my clients helps me in so many ways,” he says.
Parker has been blessed in both his professional and personal life. He has three beautiful children, two daughters and one son. Parker also has two wonderful sons-in-law, two precious grandsons and, most recently, a new baby granddaughter.

“The biggest benefit I can provide is peace of mind,” said Dustin. “I want clients to feel secure that I’ve offered them the best plan for their specific circumstances and situations.” Dustin and his wife Avala have been married for five years and have an infant son named Wilder. They enjoy trying new restaurants in Springfield on their Friday night dates every week. Dustin also enjoys golfing.
